Tammy Busby

Tammy Lynn Busby, 47, lifelong resident of Orange, Texas, passed away on October 16, 2018, at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Orange, Texas, on August 20, 1971, she was the daughter of Perry Samuel Seeney and Cora (Seymour) Seeney. She was a kind, caring person with a heart of gold. She loved her children dearly and loved spending time with her family. Tammy was an excellent cook and loved to cook for anyone who came around. She made everyone feel special and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Cora Seeney; step-sons, Joshua Busby and Christopher Busby; and her brother, Michael Seeney.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, James Busby; daughter, Jamie Lynn Busby, of Orange; Jason Busby, of Orange, Billie Jean Busby, of Florida, Kristie Lucas, of Florida, Dawn Busby, of Tennessee, and Christopher Kelly, of Orange; grandchildren, Abigail and Luke Bolen; her siblings, Susie James, of Orange, Lydia Seeney, of Orange, Kathy Cummings, of Orange, Virgil Seeney, of Starks, LA, Mary Ellen Brown, of Vidor, Terry Lynn Conley, of Austin, Tina Riley, of Orange, and Lisa Kovatch, of Orange; and many beloved grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
