I remember your mother from the Wickersham Ford days. She was a beautiful soul with a contagious smile. My dad was Assistant Parts Manager from 1960 until he died in 1975. His name was Alvin Gaudet. He always spoke kindly of your mom. May she Rest in Peace.

Dear Jo and Rose, We send our deepest love and thoughts to you. We loved being with Aunt Mae, and know she loved being with us. We always had so much fun with her and felt the love she had for us whenever we were with her. I so appreciated the care she, Uncle Mike and you provided to my Mom, my sister, and me after my dad died many years ago. Riding horses with Rose when I was 4 years old, helped mend the sorrow I felt after my Dad died. Aunt Mae made certain my Mom, sister and I were protected and loved during that time . Later, Aunt Mae loved my wife Dee and me like we were her own children. Dee and I are so appreciative of Aunt Mae's loving nature and wonderful hospitality. We are so happy we spent precious time with her at our home and at her homes in Orange and with Rose in Sulfur. We had lots of laughs with Aunt Mae, Jo, and Rose playing cards. We will forever, hear Aunt Mae saying, "watch the cards, Ed" as we played the various card games she taught us. The above photo shows how vivacious, highly-spirited and caring Aunt Mae was. We will miss her and will hold her dear in our hearts forever. Love, Dee and Ed
