Born in Galveston, Texas, on August 4, 2017, was the daughter of Allanna Jacobs and Roosevelt Scott.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Allen Jacobs; great-grandmother, Evada McCray; great-grandfather, Charles Hudson McCray; and her cousin, Charliece Jacobs.
Alani is survived by her parents, Allanna Jacobs and Roosevelt Scott; brother, Liam Allan Jacobs; grandmother, Augusta McCray; grandfather, Joseph McLynn; great-great-grandmother, Polly Mack; aunts and uncles, Charles H. Jacobs and wife Lakiesha, Allen Jacobs, Jr., Natasha McCray, Allysa D. Jernigan, Adrian Jacobs, and Derry Lee Jacobs; great-aunts, Alice Fontenot, Mary Jacobs, Charlesetta McCray, and Louann Spencer; great-uncle, Harry Jacobs; cousins, Charles H.
