Aleta Gwen McKee Boyle, 67, of Orange, passed away on March 13, 2021, in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 19, at Silver Oaks Baptist Church. Officiating will be Reverend Ed Rawls. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Silver Oaks Baptist Church.
Born in Orange, Texas, she was the daughter of Stanley B. McKee and Mary Evelyn (Hardy) McKee. Aleta retired from Little Cypress Mauriceville Elementary where she worked in the cafeteria for many years. She married the love of her life, Robin Boyle and they spent 45 happy years together. Aleta was the most tender and devoted mother to her 7 children. She enjoyed playing bingo with friends, camping, mowing her lawn, and taking trips with her beloved sisters. Aleta was such a strong woman with integrity who always put others above herself. She never met a stranger and always gave out the best hugs. Aleta loved Jesus and her faith in him is what kept her going through any hardship she was given. She loved her family more than anything and never missed a moment to spend time with them. To know Aleta was to love her. She left an impact on many lives and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robin Boyle; parents, Stanley and Mary McKee; and nephew, Jeremy Todd Grant.
She is survived by her children, Marcus Boyle of Orange, Ted Boyle and wife Asija of Silsbee, Rebecca Boyle Sharpless and husband Jesse of Karnack, Charles Boyle and wife Cassey of Mauriceville, Pairalee Boyle of Houston, Clara Boyle of Vidor, and Dustin Boyle and girlfriend Sarah Dicharry of Orange; grandchildren, Bailey Foxworth, Freya Sharpless, Audrey Boyle, Nevaeh, Ann Marie and Grace Boyle, Desmond Boyle, and Autumn Flynn; siblings, Jimmy McKee and wife Jeanette of Bridge City, Keith McKee of Orange, Nan Cooper and husband Dawl of Mauriceville, and Sherry Hume and husband Greg of Houston; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Charles Boyle, Dustin Boyle, Danny Grant, Jamey Grant, Caleb McKee, and Keith McKee. Honorary pallbearers are David Cooper, Eric Hume, Anthony Boyle, Nicholas Boyle, and Marcus Boyle.
