Almeda Seyer Kirby, 88, of Orange passed away Saturday, March 1, 2008 in Orange.
Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Sealy City Cemetery in Sealy, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2008 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Almeda was born in Peters, Texas on June 9, 1919 to Richard and Meta Muller Seyer. Almeda was a legal secretary for Attorney, Ray Pitchford.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Kirby; infant daughter, Gail Jeannette; brothers, Roy Seyer, Clint Seyer, Harry Seyer and grandson, Tracy Waller.
Surviving Almeda are daughters, Peggy DeLaFosse and husband Pierre of Orange, Sharon Turner of Spicewood, TX, six grandchildren, Raymond Turner of
Houston, Terry Waller of Trinity, Kay Barbour of Houston, Pam Waller of The Woodlands, Kip Turner of Spicewood and Todd Waller of Chapel Hill, NC.
Also surviving her are thirteen great-grandchildren, Joseph, Rachael, David and Rebecca Barbour, Stephen, Mitchell, Lauren, and Reagan Turner, Traci Ingersoll, Anna Leah Fabre, Randall, Zachary and Brianna Turner and a host of relatives and friends.
