I am so sorry to read this. She was my favorite 1st grade teacher. I just loved her. I even went back when I got older to help her get her classroom ready for the start of school. I was probably jr high age then. Such great memories I have of her. Prayers for the whole family.

I grew up in McLewis on Happy Home Drive. We moved there in 1972 and lived there until mid 1984. Mrs. Wilburn was our neighbor along with Tammy, Greg and Mr. Wilburn. One thing I will always remember about Mrs Wilburn was her kindness. We could be riding our bikes down the street and she would always lower the car window to say Hi to me and my sister Candi. She was a true example of Christ's love. My Prayers Uplifted to you Tammy, Bo, Greg and Family during this time of Loss.

Tammy, Greg, and family. I have known Barbara since I was a child. She was always so positive and always smiling. She seemed to be there for me in my lowest times. She was there outside the courtroom while I was on the witness stand testifying against my mother. She and Patricia met me at the door to the courtroom as I was overwrought with tears. I had to go to a college class that very night in San Marcos. She went to class with me and drove with me back home so I wouldn't be alone. She was there in the hospital when I told my dad goodbye and see you in heaven. She and Gerald stayed with us that next week and helped me clear out my dad's belongings.I know I haven't been in touch with her these last few months, but she was never far from my thoughts. I loved her and she was a God-send to me so many times. She will be truly missed! I know she and Patricia are strolling around heaven together and having a marvelous time. Love and prayers for you all, Carolyn
