Bernice Richardson Trahan, 82, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 13, 2017, at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be her nephew, Reverend Charles Roberts, of Lufkin, Texas. Entombment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Born in Marco, Louisiana, on February 7, 1935, Bernice was the daughter of Mack and Paralee Webb. She loved shopping late at night, garage sales, and visiting with her friends. Bernice will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Alvin Trahan; sisters, Azalee Williams, Goldie Mae Taylor, and Mary Harper; brother, Mack Henry Webb, Jr.; and her son, Brady Richardson.
Bernice is survived by her children, Bryan Richardson and wife Patricia, of Orange and her daughter Brenda Bourgeois and husband Larry; grandchildren, Steven, Alvin, Timothy, and Brianna Richardson, and Thomas and Rachel Warren; many great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Webb and wife Hazel, of Orange; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
