So sorry to hear of Betty's passing. She had such a kind heart. She didn't even want us to kill a mouse that was in my office. She wanted us to trap it and then she would take it and release it in a field. Sadly but we didn't comply. She will be sorely missed by all that had the pleasure of working with her.

I grew up living three doors down from Betty. She was always smiling and laughing. I still remember Betty and her brothers with their surfboards on top of the car, headed to the beach. Much love to her family.

DD, I was sad to hear the passing of Betty. I know we haven’t seen you guys in a long time but remember having the opportunity to teach you guys Scuba Diving. We had a great time in class. I also enjoyed the dive trips we were able to make together. Please let Carolyn and I know if there is anything we can do for you and your sons.

Betty Stephenson… you were an amazing friend when Thomas was had his heart surgery when I was at BCMS. You were a kind, loving person to TJ and Sean when they were there as well. They loved you too. Our time together with Joann & Mary lasted many years and we always looked forward to our Ice Cream treat in the summer. You my friend are jewel in my eyes and I love you dearly. Prayers and love to your family .

I was blessed to be Mrs. Betty’s student office aide whenever i was in school. Little did I know that God brought her into my life whenever I needed her most. Her smile, kindness and love helped me get through a very difficult time whenever my Dad had passed away. Her love for others, stories of adventure and passion for the outdoors will always be cherished. Love you Mrs. Betty.
