Billy Dale Freed
Billy Dale Freed, 75, passed away on August 25, 2021, in Beaumont, TX.
Billy was born on August 3, 1946, in Gatesville, TX, to parents, Lois Ouida (Pruitt) Freed, and James Freed. He graduated from high school in Teague, TX, and was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Texaco in Port Arthur, TX in 1992. Billy was a very giving man who always had a smile on his face.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, James Robert Freed.
Billy is survived by his two sisters, Martha Beall, and Marlyn Adams. Children, David Freed, Danny Freed (Crystal), of Orange, TX, and Sandra Lingenfelter (Shawn), of Silsbee, TX. Grandchildren, Jenny Franklin, Tre Harris, Preston Freed, Collin Freed, Chasity Lingenfelter, and Trevor Lingenfelter, along with 3 great grandchildren. And the mother of his children, Suzanne Freed.
A cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
His family will host a private memorial honoring his life.
