Born in Beaumont, Texas, on October 27, 1959, he was the son of Billy Joe Taylor, Sr. and Clarice Louise (Pauley) Taylor. Billy was the owner of Harrington’s Smoked Sausage. He was a fun-loving man who never failed at making others laugh, and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. Wherever Billy went and whoever he was with, he had a good time. He was a jokester and was always picking on people. Billy enjoyed spending his time on anything with a motor; specifically boats, fast cars, and recreational vehicles. Billy also loved family get-togethers. He loved his family dearly and they were the most important thing to him. His grandchildren were the light of his life. Anyone could see Billy’s love and admiration for them just by the way he looked at them. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Louise Taylor; his daughter, Nikki Reachelle Taylor; and his sisters, Marilyn Eaves, Sue Talbert, and Sherry Brown.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Sue Taylor; his children, Monica Hall and husband Jacob of Orange, and Billy Taylor of Vidor; his grandchildren, Annakate Hall and Sarabeth Hall; and his siblings, Judy Lafoon and David “Sam” Taylor.
