Bill passed away peacefully, on March 30, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 23, 1956, in Big Lake, Texas to Billy Wayne Hester, Sr. and Lucille Horton Hester. On Christmas Eve of 1990 he married the love of his life, Martha, and together they had a wonderful life.
