Billy "Bill" James Norton, 82, of Orange died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Golden Years Hospice.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at Dry Creek Cemetery in Dry Creek, LA. Officiating will be Reverend Jerry Norton, Reverend Rick Norton, and Reverend Robert Norton.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2008 at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Bill was born on December 13, 1925, in Rison, AR. He worked in the Texaco Store House and was a member of the Second Baptist Church. He was a veteran of WW II serving as in U.S. Navy.
Survivors are his wife, Marie Norton of Orange; brothers, Jerald Norton and Robert Norton of Pine Bluff, AR, and Mike Norton of Little Rock, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.
