Billy I have missed you for many years and being here in Texas thinking of seeing you again makes me realize that we need to visit when we can before we lose our loved ones. God has gained a good pal and we have lost a good friend. Peace and blessings to Susie and the family. Allen Lively retired DEA and former partner of a great friend.

I so very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. He was a good friend of mine since we meet in high school. I remember Billy playing softball on a tournament league every weekend and many times during the week on a different team. He was a very good player. He was always so kind, helpful, friendly and a great Christian Man. Your family has our deepest sympathy and prayers. Gayla Spurgeon Thompson

We are so very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. He was a good friend of ours since we first met in the fourth grade. Your family has our deepest sympathy. We know how much he loved his family and he always spoke with lots of love about every one. Billy was an inspiration to the both of us. We admired all those wonderful qualities that made him the special person that he was. Never did we hear him say anything but positive comments about anyone. There are so many qualities to name but his caring heart is certainly what made him such a special friend to us. We will always be thankful that we had the opportunity to call him a friend. We will cherish the many memories for years to come. Asking God to keep you close at this difficult time. With our deepest sympathy, Chucky and Darinda (Certa) Richardson

Daddy- I can't even begin to tell you the loss I feel tonight. But I know you are no longer sick or hurting and you are playing ball in heaven and having a great time. I will miss you so very much but I will make you proud - I promise. So many have told me today that I look like you today and I take such pride in that. I hope that I can live my life like you did - doing for others. Thanks for your example of always giving and never taking. I love you with all my heart and I will see you again. Thanks for your Christian example. You were the best! I love you! Alicia
