Bravo Frederick, Jr., 82, of Mauriceville, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Darrell Orange of First Pentecostal of Deweyville. Burial will follow at Wilkerson Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
Bravo was born on September 12, 1927, to Bravo Frederick, Sr. and Janie Clark Frederick. He worked as a safety inspector for Mobil Oil and retired after 36 years. Bravo served in the U.S. Army and was also a member of Masonic Lodge of Orange.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Nina Faye Frederick, Bravo is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Dora Frederick of Mauriceville; grandchildren, Michael Frederick and his wife, Susan of Buna, and Becky Frederick of Mauriceville; four great-grandsons, Dylan and Dusty Frederick and Alex and Andrew Statum; one great-granddaughter, Autumn Vickers; and sister, Wanda Linscomb of Mauriceville.
