Brenda Lowery Fuselier, 74, of Orange, Texas, passed away on September 18, 2017, in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Brother W.W. Smith, of Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft, Louisiana.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in DeQuincy, Louisiana, on July 25, 1943, Brenda was the daughter of Ernest Lowery and Daisy Snider Prince. She enjoyed spending her time refinishing furniture, doing arts and crafts, and making floral arrangements. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Daisy; her husband, Glen Fuselier; and daughter, Genevieve Nelson.
Brenda is survived by her children, Cheyenne Curran and wife Rosie, of DeQuincy, LA, James Fuselier, of Orange, Mary Navarro and husband Martin, of Lufkin, and Ernest Fuselier, of Burleson; grandson, Nathan Navarro and wife Bethany; and her sister, Ella Dean Gilland, of DeQuincy, LA.
Serving as pallbearers will be James Fuselier, Ernest Fuselier, Cheyenne Curran, Martin Navarro, Nathan Navarro, and David Gilland.
Brenda’s family would like to acknowledge her kind friend, Karl Williams, Sr., for his thoughtful and caring friendship and to the Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church Nursing Home Ministry for their dedication and compassion.
