Brenda Ellen “MeMe” Nezat, 75, of Orange, Texas, passed away on April 8, 2023, in Orange.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Visitation will take place prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on April 5, 1948, she was the daughter of Dewey Joseph Boullion and Joy Flavey (Norwood) Boullion. Brenda dedicated her life to caring for her family and her home and always serving the people she loved. Brenda and Frank would often host the kid’s birthday parties, graduation parties, or just a Sunday-Funday at their pool. Her and Frank would often cook together and would host barbeque cookouts for their loved ones. Brenda’s family remembers her love for Coca-Cola products and the matching décor throughout her home. She enjoyed camping at Mill Creek, spending time with her girls at the Orange Boat Club, going to bike rallies, and having a cold Miller Lite. Brenda loved Mardi Gras and her and Frank would host Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings for their family. Brenda adored her grandkids, nieces, and nephews. She always had a kind, encouraging word to share and would always find a way to forgive. Her loved ones will cherish the memories they have of her and miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her husband of nearly fifty years, Frank Nezat, Jr., who passed away on April 3, 2018; parents, Dewey and Joy Boullion; brother, Leon Boullion; sister, Jackie Mays; brothers-in-law, Harold Mays and Jessie Norris; nephews, Blaed Norris and Seth Boullion; and nieces, Micah Boullion and Rachael Perkins.

She is survived by her children, Teddi Lampman, Chad Nezat and wife, Amanda, and bonus child, Misty Bonnin Richard and husband, Ronnie; grandchildren, Jason “Jas” Bell, Jr. and wife, Daniela, Jonathon Bell and wife, Ashley, and Taylor Piazza; great-grandchildren, Austin, Amber, Addison, Maddox, J.J., Delilah, and Parker; brother, Stanley Boullion and wife, Babe; sisters, Vickie Boullion, Sheila Boullion, Jan Klucik and husband, Marty, Gail Norris; and sister-in-law, Gloria “Puddin’” Sanchez.

Serving as honorary pallbearers are Jason Bell, Jr., Jonathon Bell, Taylor Piazza, Marty Klucik, Roger Lampman, Trey Paul Rhodes, Bruce Mays, Charlie Roberts, Chris Morris, Tyler Wylie, and Grant Wylie.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
