Baby Brooke Lorraine Menard was welcomed into heaven in Jesus’ loving arms, August 20, 2021.
A memorial gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. A memorial service will be held in Waco at 10:00 a.m., on Friday September 3, 2021 at Wilkerson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home followed by a private burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitaiton will precede the service at 9:00 a.m., at Wilkerson-Hatch-Bailey.
Brooke was loved beyond measure every second of every day. She was made in God’s wonder, and a wonder she was. She touched so many lives before hers ever entered the world, and will continue to remain in the hearts of all who adored her.
She will be forever cherished in the hearts of her loving parents, Matthew and Jordyn Menard; grandparents, Glen and Jan Menard & Forest and Angela Reel; great-grandparents, Lorraine Mannino, Kathy Reel, and Jerry and Esther Allen; uncles, Nick Menard and wife Mia, Grant Reel and Jaxon Reel; and cousin, Parker Menard.

Matthew and Jordyn, I know the pain you are feeling now and I would take the hurt and carry it for you if I could. The joy we all felt when we found out we were having a grandchild, it still fills my heart with joy. Joy and excitement is all I could see every time I saw you. You both had the pregnancy glow. Then we found out it was a girl and our world turned upside down. A girl! I had to pinch myself sometimes thinking of having a granddaughter. But what made me the happiest is how you both had it all planned out, every detail of the things you 3 would do as a family. My heart aches and my eyes continue to fill with tears.
