Carl MacFarlane, 64, of Bridge City, passed away on October 18, 2019, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
A gathering will be prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Born in Orange, Texas, on February 2, 1955, he was the son of Charles Theodore MacFarlane ll and Barbara Grace (Hoover) MacFarlane. Carl also known as “Nip” was a longtime welder/pipefitter. He was the life of the party and very fun loving. Carl enjoyed entertaining people with his sense of humor. He loved boating on the river and loved his family very much. Carl will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rhonda MacFarlane; and parents Charles and Barbara MacFarlane.
He is survived by his children, Rowdy MacFarlane and wife Jamey of Mauriceville, Jasmine MacFarlane of Orange, and Ransom MacFarlane and fiancé Sarah McElroy of Bridge City; grandchildren, Ryker and Rayne MacFarlane; brothers, Charles MacFarlane, George MacFarlane; sister in law, Melody Rinehart; nieces and nephews, Sierra and Savannah Barron, Dakota, Marshall, and Belle MacFarlane.
Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.
