Carlene was a good friend, and I’m sorry I can’t be there for the family. She was always talking and laughing, living the life. Smart and sassy… and I loved it. She was herself anyplace she went. I loved Carlene.

Carlene was a true Classy lady. Every time she came to my office or I saw her out she was dressed to the hilt. She showed women how they should present themselves in public. She was always a joy to talk to. May you rest in peace and your family have comfort in this time of sorrow.
