So sorry to hear about one of the Delano girls passing. It has been a long time since I've heard from anyone from Orange, Texas. I am 81 years old, but was born in the Casterline home on the corner of Crockett and Fourth across from the Bingham Family. Went to school with Jerry Delano. I am Jill Casterline Cox, sister of Jack Casterline. I know Jerry and Vertis will remember him. What a case? He is resting "I hope" in peace now. Again I'm so sorry about your loss. Take care and God will BLESS all of you, Jill Cox

My husband Jim, me, Carol and Jerry all went on a 2 month road trip in our RV's in the late nineties, and we all had a great time. We closed our campgrounds in Colorado, and headed for Washington State to visit Carol's brother, Lester, and his wife, Iva. From there, we explored most of the western half of Washington and parts of Oregon. We had a blast. It was a wonderful experience, one I'll never forget, all made possible by Carol and Jerry. Thank you for the genuine friendship and lifelong memories made. Rest easy now, Carol, for you are with your sweetheart now.

My favorite memory is when you and uncle Jerry came (I think 1989 or 1990) we went camping at a lake with my grandmother (Ellie) I remember doing crossroads puzzles and Jerry teaching me to fish:heart: I always found comfort in your company and cherish the many fond memories I have with you and uncle Jerry, I find comfort in knowing that you and Uncle Jerry or together again:heart:
