Charles will be greatly missed. My therapy dog - Reagan and I enjoyed visiting with him almost every Friday at Rose Place. We loved talking to him each week. Charles used to meow like a cat at Reagan and she loved it. They shared a special bond as wagged her tail non stop until she got to greet him.
