Charles “Cha-Chee” Eric Sullivan, a man known for his big heart and warm spirit, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, in Orange, Texas. He was born on August 5, 1960, in Sulphur, Louisiana.

Cha-Chee dedicated his professional life as an Electrician and E&I Designer. Outside of work, he embraced life with enthusiasm and a love for the outdoors. He found joy in riding motorcycles, dirt bikes, and four-wheelers, and cherished time spent camping. Cha-Chee was often found "piddling" in his shop, a place where he could tinker and create. He possessed a remarkable ability to connect with others, always willing to talk to anyone and everyone he met. To his beloved grandchildren, Cha-Chee was affectionately known as "Poppa." His family was the center of his world, and he adored them deeply. He loved cooking big meals, especially his famous gumbo, bringing everyone together around the table. Cha-Chee was a man who stayed busy, always finding something to do, and his compassionate nature extended to animals, as he had a big heart for rescuing them.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Toni Sullivan; his daughters, Krystal Meixner and her husband Brandon, and Kimberly Sullivan. He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Rylan Jurgensmier, Killian Meixner, Teagan Jurgensmier, and Gwendolyn Meixner. He is survived by family members; his sister, Tonna Turner and her husband Rob; his brother, Wayne Sullivan and his wife Kaye; chosen family, Jerad and Ashley Jurgensmier, and Tina Myers. Along with numerous other loving family and friends who will miss him dearly

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Juanita Sullivan; his brothers, Lovell Sullivan and Bill Sullivan; and his best friend, Randy Myers.
