Charles Walter Zimmerman passed away on September 19, 2026, in Beaumont, Texas. Born on November 29, 1977, in Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania, Charles lived a life filled with quiet joys and deep affection for those he held dear.

Charles possessed a gentle spirit and a kind heart, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He found immense pleasure in the world of video games, a pastime that brought him countless hours of entertainment and camaraderie. Beyond the digital realm, Charles was blessed with artistic talent, often found immersed in his drawings, where his creativity truly shone. Above all, Charles cherished his family, and their love for him was equally boundless.

He leaves behind his beloved mother, Geraldine Zimmerman; his dear siblings, Eric Alan Zimmerman and Candis Zimmerman; his loving uncle, Walter Mullins, and his wife, Penny; and his cherished cousins, Kimberly Mullins, W.J. Mullins, Tammy Long, and Carolyn Craig.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Robert Zimmerman; his grandparents; his aunt, Judy Mullins Long; and his uncle, George Patrick Mullins.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. A visitation will take place before services starting at 2:00 p.m..
