I had the pleasure of teaching Chris in Middle School. He was kind-hearted and always had a smile on his face. I pray God holds his family and friends close in the days ahead. May you find peace in your memories of him. I am blessed to have known him.

Chris was a wonderful man. He was genuinely caring of everyone around him. He always had to make you laugh in anyway he could. Declan surely inherited his sense of humor and silliness from him. Chris, I know you will be watching over our little boy as his guardian angel now. We love you and you will be missed dearly. Rest easy my friend knowing that you will forever live on in our hearts. I imagine you are playing scrabble with Mawmaw Johnson now, and dancing with your little girl. Until we meet again.

Chris was a kind caring man that loved all. He was the best friend anyone could have & always there when needed. He would call at the oddest times just to make sure we were ok. He was the shoulder to cry on & would listen to anyone's problems without judgment. No one can replace that kind of friendship.

Chris was always there when anyone needed him. He never asked for anything in return. He will always be with all of us. No one can take away all our memories. We had great times. He was a loving son, nephew, father, and a fierce friend. Chris loved everyone. The world will be a sadder place without him. Rest in peace baby. You are with maw maw and paw paw. And your baby girl. Jesus will be with you forever. Our angel.
