Christopher “Hank” Alan Moore, 36, of Orange, passed away on May 1, 2020, in Killeen.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 11, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Visitation will be prior to the service, starting at 2:00 p.m., at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Ennis, Texas, on November 2, 1983, he was the son of Douglas Wayne Moore and Shonna (Bacon) Moore-Cezar. Hank graduated from Vidor High School Class of 2001 and was a member of FFA. After high school he served briefly in the U.S. Army. Hank enjoyed working on cars, was a talented carpenter, and was always the first to offer a helping hand. Those who remembered him cherish the memory of his kind heart, generous attitude, and loving nature. Hank loved kids: mostly because he was a kid at heart himself, but above all he treasured being an uncle to his nephew and niece, Koltin and Emie, and thought the stars were hung by them. Hank’s bright spirit and contagious smile will be remembered and missed by all those whose lives he touched.
He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Moore; nephew, Evan Moore; and grandparents, Ed & Bobbie Bacon and Gene Moore.
He is survived by his mother, Shonna Moore-Cezar and husband Joseph of Orange; siblings, Benjamin Roy Moore and wife Brittany of Orange; nieces and nephews, Koltin, Emaleigh, Katelynn, and Kason; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Claybar Funeral Home to help Christopher’s family with funeral expenses.
