Clarine E. Jackson, 65, of Orange, died March 16, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Winfree Baptist Church in Orange with Reverend Keith Royal officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Cemetery in Port Neches.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the church under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Clarine was born on October 6, 1944, in Leesville, Louisiana. She was the daughter of Hemp and Celia Hext. Clarine is very proud of her grandchildren and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and life traveling.
Clarine is survived by her husband, James Jackson; daughters, Tammy Brinkley of Ft. Worth, Rhonda Castillo of Groves; son and daughter-in-law, Landon and Jiam Brinkley of Bridge City; daughter, Samantha Bernard of Nederland; and son, Guy Jackson.
She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren, Crystal, Bernadette, Elizabeth, Amanda, Erica, Nalah, Sylia, Ashton, Tyler, Lauren, Seth, Shelbi, Sophia and Dezember; great grandchildren, Jeremy, Joey, Emberlynn, Raymond, Chanel, Maya, Shania, Tanner, Kylie, and Keyan; and sister, Pearl Gilbert; and sisters-in-law, Patty Rowell and Dee Dee Callison.
