David A. Deming, 73, a longtime resident of Orange, died, Friday, August 10, 2007, in Beaumont.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Glenn Thibodeaux.
David was born April 6, 1934, in Washington D.C., the son of Raymond Arnold and Betina Viola McPetry Deming.
He was a process operator at DuPont Sabine River Works, retiring after 34 years of service.
David was a member of the Orange County Gun Club, National Rifle Association and he enjoyed astronomy.
Preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Roger Deming; and his wife, Lucy Antoinette Aaron Deming, who passed in 2001, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Wanda Deming of Hemphill; sons, Clinton Deming of
Houston, Michael Deming of Mauriceville; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Glenn Thibodeaux of Orange and daughter, Rose Deming of Anchorage, Alaska.
He is also survived by three grandchildren Christina, James, and Lisa Thibodeaux and his sister, Jean Muholland of Baltimore, Maryland.
