Davis Paul Foreman, Sr., 72, of Orange, Texas, passed away on June 24, 2020, in Beaumont, Texas, surrounded by his loving family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 2, 2020, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Ernie Carpio. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2020, followed by a recitation of the Rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m., at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Orange, on May 14, 1948, he was the son of Louis Foreman, Sr. and Hazel (Suire) Foreman. Davis worked for Levingston Shipbuilding Company as a shipfitter and then went on to work as a boilermaker for many years. He enjoyed fishing and going to the casino in his free time. In his younger years, Davis was a great dancer. He was deeply loved by his family and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Hazel Foreman.
He is survived by his sons, Davis Foreman, Jr. and wife Emily of Princeton, New Jersey, and Dustin Foreman and wife Catina of Silsbee, Texas; his grandchildren, Alex Foreman, Emma Foreman, Baylee Foreman, and Slayton Thomas Foreman; and his siblings, Louis Foreman, Jr., Peggy Hoffpauir, Joseph Ray Foreman, Harry L. Foreman, and Glenda Sue Welch.
