Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on January 10, 1993, he was the son of Lance and Susan Hathaway. Family was the center of Devin’s entire life. He adored his wife Lauren and daughter, Avery, raising her as if she was his own. Devin was a talented singer/songwriter and guitarist and turned to music to carry him through any of life’s trials. From a young age, he and his father would work on projects together, build and fix things. These skills would carry on through adulthood, making him extremely creative. He was a huge Star Wars fan, enjoyed spending time with his family, and binge watching Disney musicals with his daughter, Avery. Devin was a Tae Kwon Do instructor for many years and worked his way up to 2nd Degree Blackbelt. Devin was always looking for the best opportunity to provide for his family and he moved to Colorado six months ago to start a new career and begin a new adventure with his little family. He will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Webb Gautreaux; and uncle, Shawn Hathaway.
