Diane Elisabeth Phillips, 61, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, departed this life on June 22, 2026, in Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Visitation will begin prior to the service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born on June 26, 1964, Diane lived a life rich in creativity, love, and cherished moments. She was a woman of boundless energy and artistic spirit. Her hands were rarely still, always engaged in a new craft or bringing a canvas to life with vibrant colors. Her "she shed" was a sanctuary where imagination bloomed, a testament to her passion for creating. She found immense joy in the simple beauty of the world, particularly by the water, whether it was the serene stretch of a river or the expansive embrace of the beach, always captivated by the breathtaking spectacle of a sunset. Diane's heart beat for her family; she was a wonderful storyteller, enchanting listeners with tales, often accompanied by the soundtrack of her favorite music. She cherished every opportunity to gather with loved ones, making memories that will be treasured forever. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, affectionately knowing her as "Nan Nan," and her love for her boys was a constant, guiding light in her life. Her vibrant spirit, creative touch, and loving heart will be profoundly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Diane was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Bill and Barbara Bryan; and her dear sister, Cynthia "Cindy" Bryan.

Diane leaves behind her loving husband of 14 years, Dale Corkran, who was her steadfast companion. She is also survived by her devoted children; Justin Phillips and his wife Elaine, Lee Phillips, Cody Corkran and his wife Kelli, and Calvin Corkran. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren; Kye Phillips, Aiden Trammel, Aiden Phillips, Baylor Phillips, Kiegan Corkran, Kaydence Corkran, Trent Corkran, and Ethan Corkran. She is further survived by her brother, David Bryan and his wife Irene; her nephew, Matthew Bryan, and numerous other loving family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Diane has always been such a sweet friend. Truly an artsy crafty person always working on something new. I’m really going to miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with Dale and all her family. Diane’s passing is such a sad loss.
