I was very sorry to hear about Don passing away. I know him through the IRP/IFTA community and I don't think I ever saw him without a smile. He was our contact at Promiles and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were always satisfied. Through our dealings with Promiles, Don and I got to know each other and whenever we met up at one of the workshops, he always remembered my name and where I was from. "Well hello Lisa from Minnesota". Don will be greatly missed and the IRP/IFTA workshops will never be the same without his warm smile and friendly greeting. I felt honored to have known Don. Sending prayers to his family.

Sorry to hear of Don's passing. Enjoyed talking with Don at the IRP/IFTA Audit Workshops, great stories and conversation. Always a good time when he joined your group for dinner. The IRP/IFTA community will miss him. Bob Weber

I am sorry to hear about Don's passing. I came to know Don through the many IRP and IFTA meetings that we attended together over the years. He was a fixture at these meetings. From my conversations with Don, it was apparent that Don enjoyed what he did and was very proud of the company that he helped build. More than anything, I know that he was most proud of his children and grandchildren. Don will be greatly missed by the entire IRP and IFTA community.

My brother Donnie could always entertain a roomful of people, I will miss his kind, generous heart and his never-ending smile. I hope you rest in peace, although, you are probably already entertaining everyone in heaven. Love always, Lisa Hunter

Who was Donnie Stroncheck?!...Donnie had many different "titles" throughout his life. He was a loving Son for my Mom and Dad, and Baba. As time went on, he bacame "Daddy" to his five beautiful children. No one could be more proud of each and everyone of thethem! All of the kids loved their Uncle Donnie because he was like Peter Pan-a kid at heart! During his illness there was no self pity or "why me"? Being optimistic, he thought he'd beat this, never giving up hope. We are truly blessed to have called him "brother". Our brother's loss will remain with us our whole lives-- just like he was supposed to. With Love, always, always, Lois, Danny, Charlie, Lisa

As I drank my coffee the morning I heard of my uncle's passing, I smiled and a tear came to my eye. I could hear my uncle's voice saying, "I like my coffee like I like my women, blonde and sweet!" Those are the things that I'll remember most and what made Uncle Donnie unique! There will never be another Uncle Donnie and I'm sure you'll be bring smiles to everyone's faces up in heaven. RIP Uncle Donnie! Love you always!

Oh Uncle Donnie! One of my most favorites right there next to Pap! Your smile, your spirit, your energy just lit up the room and everywhere you went. I love that our (Randy's & my) children met you, and had a relationship with you too! I love how you made me feel like family from the very 1st time I met you. There wasn't an event we attended that the kids and me would say "can't wait to see Uncle Donnie!" Seeing the photo booth pics from Christopher's wedding just reminded me of all the dancing we did. Dance away, Uncle Donnie...dance right through those gates and bring your beautiful spirit to all in heaven!!! God bless those who wait to see you again; may God wrap his arms around the family and comfort us all.

Don was a great neighbor and friend. He loved to share stories of his family adventures and business travels. He was always ready with a smile. He has a strong family unit who are all very loving people. I'm truly sorry for your loss of such a great father. He will truly be missed.

Uncle Donnie was larger than life to all of us!! He was 110 pounds soaking wet- 55lbs came from that smile we all know and 55lbs came from the heart of gold that he had!! He didn't miss one special occasion-- If you invited him--he came!! I promise you Uncle Donnie--I will try to be more like you for the remainder of my time here on Earth! Love you Uncle Donnie

I always knew I was in the right place at our IFTA/IRP meetings because the first person I saw was Don. I show up, there is Don, life is good. We should have made him an Ambassador. His greetings came with a big genuine smile and him asking how you were doing. It just started everything at our meetings for me on the right foot. It made it less about business and very much a community event. He would always tell me about his family. It was obvious he loved his family and was proud of them. After talking to Don I always walked away with a more positive, relaxed, and happy attitude. How many people can you truly say that about? He was a good man who positively impacted a lot of people. I am going to miss him. Jeff Hood Indiana

Don was quite the man. I knew him professionally through the International Fuel Tax Association, Inc. Don came to everyone of our meetings, and I don't think I ever saw him without a smile. He never met a stranger. My favorite memories of Don are when he talked about his children. He was so very proud of them and what they have accomplished in their lives. Also, he always remembered what meeting he was attending when something out of the ordinary happened such as a dust storm in Arizona or when Texas was hit with a hurricane. I'm going to miss Don terribly. May he rest in blissful peace and may his family find solace in knowing that thoughts and prayers are coming they're way from throughout the United States and Canada. God Bless You! Lonette Turner
