Earline Bradley, 75, of Orange passed away Monday, August 4, 2008 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Orange.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Reverend Jeff Bell of Calvary Baptist Church in Port Acres will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
Earline was born August 22, 1932, in Athens, Louisiana, to R. J. and Loena Johnson Swain.
Earline was a homemaker and a member of the Jefferson City Singles Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce Edwin Bradley and grandson Jason Pena.
She is survived by her children, Dino Purgahn and husband Fritz of Bridge City, Larry Bradley and wife Necia of Orange, Gary Bradley and wife Susan of Angleton, Kathy Buckley, Kay Jones, both of Orange and Johnny Gibson of San Antonio; step-son, John Davis and wife Carolyn, of Orange; grandchildren, Gerald Rogers, Johnny Buckley, Mandy Marek and Gary Bradley; great-grandchild, Taylor Pena; sisters, Jo Ann Rose, Evadale Bertrand, Geri Lovelace and Helen McCall; and brother, Leon Johnson of Mauriceville.
Serving as pallbearers will be Gerald Rogers, Gary Bradley, Taylor Pena, Bobby Bertrand, Bubba Bertrand, Fritz Purgahn, Larry Bradley and Gary Bradley, Sr.
