Maw Maw Landry, 73, of Bridge City, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2011 in Beaumont.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father Joseph P. Daleo. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday evening at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 25, 2011 at the funeral home.
Earline Landry was born January 31, 1938 in Louisiana to Ethul and Sophie Domingue Kilchrist. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family more than anything.
She enjoyed reading, cooking, was a fan of sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys and the Bridge City Cardinals. Dancing with the Stars and American Idol were two of her favorite shows to watch and she really loved her Catholic Faith.
Maw Maw Landry was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Landry and her parents.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Cathy Landry Ware and husband, Bryan of Bridge City, Lori Landry Johnson and husband, Michael of Bridge City, Sharon Landry Coleman and husband, Ricky of Bridge City and Kimberly Landry Lejeune and husband, John of Vinton; grandchildren, Brent Coleman and wife, Allison, Blake Ware, Derrick Coleman and girlfriend, Katie Ondrias, Megan Lejeune, Bryson Banks and Madison Ware and great grandson, Carter Man Coleman. She is also survived by her brother, Herman Kilchrist; sisters, Gloria Pring and the late Allen Pring, Barbara Davis and husband, Ralph; brother, Bruce Kilchrist and wife, Vickie and numerous nieces, nephews and family members who love her dearly.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Bellon, Mark Kilchrist, Randy Palaez, Darrin Landry, Uncle Johnny Landry, Clint Landry, Lee Angelle, Sam Moore and Louis Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Brent Coleman, Derrick Coleman, Blake Ware, Bryson Banks, Grant Kilchrist and Baylor LeBlanc.
