Edward Charles Flanigan, 63, of Orange, passed away December 4, 2019, in Port Arthur.
Born in Wurzburg, Germany, on December 5, 1955, he was the son of Edward Lee Flanigan and Ella Mae Jean (Chesson) Flanigan. Edward graduated from Little Cypress Mauriceville High School in 1975. He worked for Walmart as a janitor many years ago. Edward volunteered at the Lions Carnival and was an avid fisherman. He loved spending time with his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Edward will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ella Flanigan.
He is survived by his sisters, Alma Jean Dean and husband Duane, and Linda Galbreath all of Orange; nieces and nephews, James Galbreath and wife Tiffanie of Lumberton, Heather Galbreath and husband Danny of Orange, Justin Galbreath and wife Kristen of Orangefield, and Brittini Flanigan and partner Blake Mazzola of Vidor; great nieces and nephews, Kiryn Bell and Jacobs Morales, Hunter Galbreath and Graceleigh Galbreath.
Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
