Edward Hansel Gregory, 65, of Orange, Texas, passed away on November 18, 2017, at his home in Orange, Texas.
A direct cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Homes.
Born in Bakersfield, California, on November 16, 1952, he was the son of Hansel Gregory and Thelma (Cloyd) Richardson. Edward was a very spiritual man, and a devout Christian. He attended Community Christian for many years, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He served his life as a faithful servant of God and a loyal mentor to his friends and family. He was dearly loved by all those who loved him and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Gregory; sons, Donald Ray Gregory and wife Michelle of Huntington Beach, California, and Michael Edward Gregory of Orange, Texas; daughter Sarah Gregory of Florida; grandchildren, Jess Gregory, Bradley Gregory, and Dane Sanders; sisters, Brenda Ehly and Sandra Moffat; and brothers, Donald Gregory and Steven Gregory.
