A Life Remembered
Obituary
Ellen T. Boyle Curtis, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on January 4, 2020, at her home.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2020, at United Pentecostal Church of Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Murry Ray. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be held prior to the service, at United Pentecostal Church of Bridge City, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Born in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Canada on September 4, 1933, she was the daughter of Tobias Boyle and Bella Easedale Boyle. Ellen entered God’s Heavenly Kingdom at the age of 86, surrounded by her loving husband and family. She loved her church family and friends. Ellen was very talented at oil painting, poetry, crocheting, and much more.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Tobias and Bella Boyle.
She is survived by her husband, John H. Curtis; her daughters, Susan Waldron and Ruth Clark; her stepdaughter, Debra Buckley; as well as their families. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
