I've had the privilege of knowing Mr. Eugene for about 3 years now, and it's always been great every time I got to work with him. You will never meet a more honest and humble person than Eugene was. Every time I was welding with him, we would always talk about life and he was definitely a person who was never afraid to tell it how it is. He will definitely be someone I will never forget. Rest easy Mr. Eugene.

I love my step dad and am so sad about his passing. I talked to him the day before he passed and he was so happy and joking with me and my husband. When we were dating and up late laughing and talking with my mom in the living room, Eugene would yell down the hallway, “what time does the clock on the wall say?” This became an ongoing joke around their house over the years. Last Thursday when we were talking Bobby asked him what time the clock on the wall said. Eugene said, “it says y’all can stay up as long as you want....as long as you don’t wake me up. Lol. We all got a good laugh at that. Eugene will be so missed. He was a great man to my mom and us girls. Go rest high...no more pain, suffering, heartaches, or anything else that this world has to offer. He’s in a better place. I’m sure he’s already caught up with Bro. and Sis. Gerald and they are having a good time on the streets of Gold.

My condolences to the family, I had the pleasure of working with and around Eugene many times over the years and always enjoyed doing so. I hated to hear of his passing. You'd be hard pressed to meet a nicer fella and I don't recall ever having heard an unkind word about anyone coming from Eugene, thats something in our industry!! I hope the family can find comfort in knowing hes in a better place and will keep you all in my prayers.
My condolences,
Charlie Hull
