Faron Blake Wilson, 55, of Orange, Texas, passed away on April 18, 2024, in Orange, Texas.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, Texas.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, Texas. Officiating will be Reverend Ed Rawls of Silver Oaks Baptist Church in Orange, Texas. Burial will follow at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange, Texas.
Born in Ashdown, Arkansas, on December 24, 1968, Faron was the son of Carl Garrett and Judy Wilson. Faron loved to have fun and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed spending his free time on his pontoon boat fishing, camping, and shooting pool. He was a longtime member of APA Pool League. But more than anything else, he loved being with his family and watching the grandchildren in their activities. Faron left a mark on all who knew him. He will forever be missed and loved by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Garrett and Judy Wilson; his brothers, Dewayne Garrett, Chapman Garrett, and Darren Wilson; and his grandson, Remington Steele.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 30 years, Pamela Wilson; his son, Jerry Kibodeaux III and wife, Ashley; his daughters, Candice Steele and husband, Mark Jr., Amanda Kibodeaux and Kevin Richard, Kayla Wilson, and Kendra Delafuente and husband, Luis; his grandchildren, Teal and Tenley Kibodeaux, Case Steele, Ava, Farrah, and Emma Josephson, Kallie, Kristeona and Kruz Richard, and Maison Delafuente. He will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, and many family members and friends that loved him dearly.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry Kibodeaux III, Justin Lummus, Logan Duffey, Mark Steele, Jr., Luis Delafuente, and Kevin Richard. Honorary pallbearers are Shelby Andrews, Curtis Cartlidge, and Cecil Granger.
