Faye Smith

Faye E. Smith, a native of Port Arthur, passed away December 22, 2013 at Cypress Glen East Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. A gathering of family and friends will celebrate her life at a graveside service to be held at 11:30 a.m., on December 26, 2013 at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur. Ms. Smith was a Real Estate Broker, but her gift was caring for both people and animals. She spent many years volunteering for the Hospitality Center in Port Arthur and other venues.
She is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Smith Parks and her husband, Boyd; her grandson, Andrew Parks, who was the joy of her life, her sister –in-love, Juliette "Dodo" George, and cherished family friends.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the dedicated angels working for Odyssey Hospice and Cypress Glen East Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Faye will be missed and her memory and legacy will live on.
