Florence Mary Lawler, of Orange, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 4, 2009, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Tom Phelan. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 Friday at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Florence was born on January 21, 1940, in Orange, Texas. She was the daughter of Benjamin and Florence Simar Lawler. She was a member of the Young at Heart club at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant brother, Benjamin Frost Lawler III.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Kathy Arceneaux of Orange, Judy Lawler of North Carolina, Margaret Prosperie of Bridge City; and brother, Tim Lawler of Grand Prairie.
