Frank Alphonse Srubar, 78, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 10, 2019, in Beaumont, Texas.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Born in East Benard, Texas, on August 2, 1940, he was the son of Frank Allen Srubar and Lydia (Lidbik) Srubar. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army. He then went on to work as a construction hand and retired after many years. Frank enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being with family. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Srubar and Lydia Lidbik Srubar Pence.
He is survived by his children, Lesley Underwood and wife Tammy of Bridge City, Kimberly Jane LaRue Srubar of La Porte, and Stormy Louise Srubar and husband Robert Escobedo of Orange; his grandchildren, Christopher Luther James Underwood, Lesley “L. J.” Ray Underwood, Jr., Eric Collins, Nicholas Collins, and Lilee Roze Underwood; his great-grandchild, Christopher “C. J.” Luther Allen Underwood; and his siblings, Richard Srubar, Rodney Pence, and Sandra Jackson.
Military Honors will be presented at 4:00 p.m.
