Freddie Stimac

Freddie Stimac, 90, of Orange, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Cypress Glen Nursing Center in Port Arthur.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend David Berkheimer, pastor of Community Church in Orange.
Interment services will follow at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Born in Emilee, Texas on January 18, 1918, Mrs. Stimac was the daughter of Frank and Ida Haskins Samples.
She was a longtime resident of Orange, a member of Community Church, the Spice of Life group at the church; and enjoyed quilting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Stimac, infant son, Cecil F. Stimac, and grandson, Johnny R. Stimac, Jr., and is survived by her sons, Johnny R. Stimac and his wife, Betty, of Bridge City, Kenneth Stimac and Larry Stimac, both of Orange; four grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
