Mrs. Ashmore & Angelina, Thank you so much for sharing your husband and father with my children at Brookeland School. Simeon and Autumn truly love him and have said repeatedly that he was the coolest sub' and their favorite! It is truly a testament of a wonderful man, father figure, and teacher to have touched so many children along the way! Please know that our family is praying for you and yours during this hard time in your journey. May God give you peace, comfort and understanding! Much love, Todd & Angela McDonald Chase McDonald, Simeon Beauchamp, Autumn, Chet and Matthew Murray

Janet and Angelina,You two were his loves and his life. He shined when he was around either one of you. You both made him proud. Garlon was such a great man and everyone at Brookeland ISD loved him as an educator and a friend. He will be missed but never forgotten! I cannot express in words how I feel. Be patient with everyone, take advantage of the shoulders to lean on. I am here for you whenever you're ready! I love you both so very much! My heart aches for you but I know that you have so many precious memories to remind you of your love. I know that you are hurting and the ache will become bittersweet. Johna
