Gerald W. (Jerry) Trahan, 58, of Orange, Texas, passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2022 at his niece's residence in West Orange.
Born in Orange on July 22, 1964, he was the son of Lenis (Jr.) and Helen LeBlanc Trahan.
Jerry was a 1983 graduate of WOS High School and a member of a varsity football team. He was a loyal, avid Mustang fan, and spent many Friday nights going to the games with his brothers. Jerry was also a huge fan of the Longhorns, Cowboys and Astros. He enjoyed family gatherings and especially his great-nephews and nieces. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents and his brothers Tommy Trahan and Mike Trahan.
He is survived by his sisters, Debbie Berliew and husband Bobby of Orange, Cindy LeBoeuf and husband Ricky of Highlands, TX; nieces and nephews Misty Hogden and Will, Holley Cahal and Robb, Brandon LeBoeuf and Brianne, Justin LeBoeuf and Heather, Peggy Berliew and Darryl, Bridget Freeland and Derek. Eight great-nephews and five great-nieces and his best friend of 52 years Joe LeBouef.
He will be especially missed by his little buddy Mason and his PLLG (pretty little Lani girl).
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
