Gilie Mae Arnold

Gilie Mae Arnold was born November 18, 1918 to Giles Ishmael and Abbie Mae Byerly in San Augustine, TX. She passed away at Oak Grove Nursing Home in Groves, TX January 29. A gathering of friends will take place Tuesday, February 1 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 2, at Victory Temple with Pastor Robert Turnage officiating and Reverend Charles Turnage assisting. Interment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery in Jasper at 3:00 p.m. Mrs. Arnold is survived by her sisters, Edith Flora and Roger Ann Wallace and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Arnold and her son, Gary Galloway.
