Gregory Graham

Gregory Allen Graham, 62 of Beaumont, TX, passed away on June 22, 2023 in Beaumont.

Greg was born in Beaumont on July 31, 1960 to J.W. Graham and Patricia Graham. He was the second born son of 5 children. In his youth, Greg speed skated competitively for Manning’s Texas on Wheels with his brother Dale, played baseball at South Park Little League, played roller hockey with his brothers and dad, and developed a lifelong passion for art. He also enjoyed working with his brothers, sister, and dad in the family machine shop, Dynamic Machine Works on Park Street in Beaumont. The time spent there allowed him to develop the skills to be a mechanic and machinist by trade, and he practiced this trade for most of his life. But his true talent and enjoyment was being an artist, often making his own cards for his children and family on many occasions. Greg was a man of faith and shared his love of the Lord with his wife and children. He was a lifelong lover of sweets, always ensuring his children never went to bed without having dessert first.

A gathering of Greg’s family and friends will be on Monday June 26 from 5:30-7:00 PM at Claybar Funeral Home in Beaumont, TX. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday June 27, with an additional visitation beginning at 9:00 AM followed by the service at 10:00 AM at the same location.

He is preceded in death by his older brother Byron Graham, his grandparents on both sides, and his beloved wife Carol Graham, whom Greg longed to be with again.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Patricia Romano of Beaumont, J.W. and Rosanne Graham of Beaumont; his son, Justin Moore of Beaumont; daughters Leah Birkby and husband Michael of Lumberton, Chelsea Graham of Beaumont, Erica Riggs and husband Jerrod of Lumberton; grandchildren, Ethan and Luke Birkby, Jasiah Salazar, Shiloh Hamilton, and Holden Riggs; and his siblings, Chris Graham and wife Amy of Kingwood, Randy Romano and wife Ana of Beaumont, Dale Graham and wife Teresa of Vidor, Patti Darst and husband Tony of Baton Rouge, and Brad Graham of Beaumont; nieces and nephews along with many other beloved family members.
