Gwendolyn Lea "Gwen" Massey

Gwen Massey was born January 12, 1941 and died June 6, 2013 in the Clear Lake Medical Center in Clear Lake, Texas. A resident of Houston, Gwen was a former resident of Beaumont for many years. She was a homemaker, loving and devoted “preacher’s” wife, mother and grandmother.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Beaumont. Family and friends may gather at the cemetery beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
In 2010, Mrs. Massey was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Ferrell Massey.

She is survived by two daughters, Sherri Smith of Houston, Teresa Acord or Beaumont; grandchildren, Joel Smith, Morgan Brandi Smith, Christina Johnson, Brian Acord, Morgan Bailey Johnson and Ryan Zachary Acord.
