Obituary
Haleigh Morgan Wolford, age 33, of Orange, went to Heaven on November 9th, 2020, in Beaumont, TX.
Her visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 13th, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, TX.
The funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 14th, 2020, at First United Methodist Church and her burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange, TX.
Haleigh was born in Orange, TX on February 15th, 1987, to Shannon Leigh (Foreman) Moreland. She graduated from Little Cypress Mauriceville High School in 2005 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lamar University in 2009, graduating with Honors. Some of her most notable accomplishments during her college years include being a member of The Cardinal Singers, being chosen as a performer in the Brilliance Concert Series at the Jefferson Theater, being cast as Susannah in Carlisle Floyd’s Susannah, and being a member of the Lamar University A Capella Choir. After starting her teaching career at West Orange Stark High School as a Choir teacher, she moved on to Bridge City Elementary where she would teach music and kindergarten. She married her husband Kevin in 2013, spending a total of 15 memorable years together. Their beautiful 3-year-old daughter Ella was her entire world, and she made it her goal and mission each and every day to be the most loving and present Mom her daughter could have. Those who know Haleigh can note her infectious laughter and larger-than-life personality. Wherever she went, joy and light always followed, and her presence was known in every room she walked into. She never met a stranger, and made everyone she met feel welcomed and completely loved. She was an amazingly talented singer that found joy in using her voice to brighten up her days. She enjoyed making friends wherever she went, kicking back with her favorites, and making a difference in any way she could, big or small. Haleigh’s shining spirit touched everyone she met, and when her loved ones think of her they will always remember her for the caring mother she was, the strong and independent “grown ass woman!” she will forever be, the faithful wife she was, thoughtful and exuberant friend, and noble, dedicated teacher and leader that she was.
She is survived by her husband Kevin Wolford; her shining star daughter Ella Wolford; her loving parents Shannon and Steve Moreland; her favorite siblings Kylee Moreland and boyfriend Sammy, Mason Moreland and wife Whitney; her beloved nephew Everett Moreland; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Kurt and Lynn Wolford; her maternal grandparents Kit and Judy Foreman (who thought of her as a daughter) and paternal grandparents Vergie and Larry Moreland; Brothers-in-law Seth Wolford and Drew Prescott; along with her numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and caring friends.
For virtual viewing, the service on Saturday, 1pm, will be streamed on Kevin Wolford's Facebook page and set to public viewing. You may access the link here https://www.facebook.com/kevin.wolford.56 . No Facebook account needed to access.

Virgie & Larry Moreland
My thoughts and prayers are with both of you and your family. Words are useless right now. Only God and time will heal your grief. Virgie when I think of you and Donna I think of Roy. You two were so good for him. You saw him as he really was a sweet and loving man with a great sense of humor. Not very many people saw that side of him
I tried to call you but could not find a phone number
