Isela Cardenas, 39, of Orange, Texas, passed away on January 5, 2020.
Born in Houston, Texas on October 1, 1980, she was the daughter of Juan Antonio Cardenas, Sr. and Maria Teresita del Jesus (Garcia) Cardenas. Isela was a very happy and loving person whom avoided conflicts at all cost. She was a great mother and enjoyed spending time with her beloved family. Isela loved to listen and dance to music. Isela will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Petrita Cardenas.
She is survived by her loving husband of 8 years, Cosmel Hilario Lucas; grandparents, Juanita Albarado Garcia; son, Angel Issai Cardenas; daughters, Barbara Aracely Hilario Cardenas and Monica Sugehi Hilario Cardenas; nieces and nephews, Alexis Emanuel Cardenas, Erik Antonio Cardenas, Alexa Anahi Cardenas, Ezra Isael Cardenas, Christian Gerhard Cardenas, Phrianka DeLa Rosa, Ayslinn DeLa Rosa, Lakshmi DeLa Rosa, Yarisha DeLa Rosa, Antonio, Aiden, and Adrien Chavez; brothers, Juan Antonio Cardenas Garcia and wife Marilyn and Jesus Manuel Cardenas and wife Claudia; sisters, Yesenia Guadalupe Cardenas and husband Jose Luis De La Rosa and Rocio de Jesus Cardenas Chavez and husband Juan, all of Orange.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Deacon Hector Maldonado, of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m., Sunday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange; as well as prior to the service on Monday beginning at 8:00 a.m.
