Jacqueline "Jackie" Riley Bean, 77, of Orange died Friday, February 19, 2010 in Orange.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 22, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Kevin Brown of First Baptist Mauriceville.
Burial will follow at Wilkinson Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m., Sunday, at Claybar Funeral Home.
Jackie was born on November 10, 1932 in Wylie, TX. She was the daughter of Clarence and Mary M. Woodard Riley. She worked as a legal secretary for Stephenson Law Firm for 32 years and for the U.S. Federal Judge Joe Fisher for over 15 years. Jackie was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary 2775. She was a caregiver for her family and also took care of her husband for several years during his illness.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Len Bean; and daughter, Linda Bean Vermoch.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, David Bean of Orange; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Kelly Hernandez of Dickinson, TX; grandchildren, Brian Vermoch, Patrick Hernandez, Bret Alan Bean, Michael Hernandez, and Elise Hernandez; and sister, Geraldine Brunett of Seattle, WA.
